4. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
While tickets are non-refundable, you can reschedule your tour up to 24 hours before the departure time, subject to availability. In rare cases of tour cancellations, we offer rescheduling, credit for a future tour, or a full refund.

5. Are walk-ins accepted?
While we encourage advance booking, we do accept walk-ins if space is available. However, to guarantee your spot, we recommend booking ahead of time.

6. Where do tours depart from?
All tours depart from 401 Biscayne BLVD, Miami Florida, 33132, Bayside Marketplace, a convenient and central location in Miami. The meeting point is on the right side of Benz Pizza.

7. What time should I arrive before the tour?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time for check-in and boarding.

8. Is hotel pick-up available?
Yes, we provide hotel pick-up services from most major hotels in Miami Beach for our Keywest Day trip. Please confirm at the time of booking if your hotel is within our pick-up area.
